We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master with a strong Servant Leadership who loves to work with teams and take them to the next level for a customer project in Gothenburg. This person needs to be willing to work primarily with one team (or more if required).

You MUST be a Swedish, Nordic, EU, EEA or Swiss citizen or otherwise have a right to work in Sweden.

Key responsibilities

  • Mentor peers, hold trainings, work as an agile coach on different levels and support development of our client Ways of Working
  • Supporting the teams' development, removing impediments for the team’s progress and working on building an open, honest and collaborative mindset within the team as part of your daily work.

Essential (MUST have) skills, knowledge and experience

  • English language proficiency
  • A strong and self-motivated communicator and “doer” who loves result
  • A Servant Leadership
  • Have been working as a Scrum Master for at least 4 years and have come across different teams and situations
  • Experience of Agile and SAFe methodologies
  • Experience from an IT environment
  • Academic degree within Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience of Confluence and Jira
  • DevOps experience

Personal situation

  • This role is initially home-based, but you might be required to work on site from time to time.
  • Must be able to come to Gothenburg on the first day for induction and equipment.
  • Must be able to attend online video meetings.
