Our client within the financial sector in Stockholm is seeking an experienced Agile Coach with strong technical exposure/support, servant leadership and problem-solving skills for an excellent opportunity within the client's Agile Center of Enablement (CoE).
As an Agile Coach, you provide hands-on guidance, support, and coaching to Agile teams and individuals in all roles and functions to drive a smooth transition into Agile/Product mindset across the enterprise. You’ll bring to bear your experience advising teams, leading by example and challenging the status quo to promote an environment and culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation. Your excellent listening, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills will help the individuals you coach reach their highest potential and flourish in a collaborative Agile organization.
Accountabilities and authorities
- Works with the enterprise within the context of specific coaching engagements to support Agile/Product goals and KPI’s for identified products/portfolios/programs.
- Be a trusted advisor highly skilled at coaching, consulting, mentoring, influencing, and challenging teams, leaders, and associates at all levels of the organization on behavioral changes that will deliver continuous improvement and increased value.
- Change agent with a passion for coaching and supporting teams to transform their behaviors toward and Agile way of working.
- Assess agile health and maturity and use this to inform your coaching, mentoring and development approach.
- Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching.
- Coach Senior management in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from top-down.
- Lead workshops & training sessions to educate individuals on Agile Values, Principles, and Practices.
- Promote an agile mindset to management and people outside the teams and team of teams, and champion the changes and belief re-sets required to affect the desired business results.
- Support development teams to adopt DevSecOps leading practices and mindset and lean architecture.
- Track record of resolving impediments that exist outside of the team environment.
- Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures across teams.
- Work with the CoP/teams to ensure the appropriate tools are being leveraged and enterprise practices are being followed to enable consistency and metrics where needed.
Qualifications
- Agile:You have no less than ten years experience of strong knowledge and passion for Agile within an organization that has multiple teams and cross-dependencies.
- A Coach: 7+ years of coaching experience under your belt, you use a varied coaching approach to cultivate the capabilities, skills and knowledge of all Agile team members, including:
- Helping Scrum Masters identify and support opportunities to increase team maturity and productivity.
- Helping Product Owners ensure the vision, roadmap and personas are well-defined and understood so that the Delivery Team is producing the right product.
- Helping Delivery Teams continuously improve.

Key experience and qualifications required
- Fulfils the required qualifications above.
- 7+ years of experience as an Agile Coach working with teams (7-10 team members) to mentor in the use of Agile practices.
- Experience in Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
- Strong understanding and ability to articulate the business value of specific Agile Practices (i.e. answer the question “why do we do it this way”).
- Thorough understanding of Product Management and application of a product mindset.
- Strong facilitation and diplomatic skills with the ability to read an organization and bring the right people into the team at the right time to get impediments resolved.
- Experience coaching or working within Team of Teams organization structure.
- Experience with Jira software and Jira Align.
Language
Fluent English. Swedish is valuable but not compulsory.

Start ASAP.
You must have an existing right to work in Sweden without sponsorship in order to apply. An existing ordinary work permit requires new sponsorship and doesn't qualify.
